If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If the product is incorrect and the error is on our behalf then the products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging and un-used
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please note that on bespoke made and custom printed products we have a different terms and conditions which is supplied prior to final order approval.

An important notice on delivery times

We offer an overnight express service. Items ordered prior to 2pm New South Wales time will be dispatched same day and delivered to most metro areas prior to 5pm the following day.

Please note, we can not be held responsible for courier faults or delays caused after we dispatch your order. We use 24hr priority service, and once your order has left our dispatch dock delivery is out of our control.

If you need lanyards or identification for early morning the following day please contact us prior to placing your order, as the time of day your items are delivered will depend on the courier's route and depot location.

Ordered the wrong item?

We accept returns and exchange if you have ordered the incorrect product for your event or conference. Please note that if the product is not faulty then there is a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Indigenous Promotions.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
